Papers (both preliminary and final) should be written in English and may not exceed six pages, including all figures, tables, references, etc. The accepted file format is IEEE compatible Adobe PDF (.pdf) only.
Please check that all the fonts used in your document are embedded in the .pdf file.
The electronic version of the papers will be compiled in a USB key, which will be given to attendees as part of their workshop registration, and will also be included in IEEE Xplore as part of the workshop proceedings.
Final Paper Submission
Before submission of Final Paper, please convert your contribution to PDF through the IEEE PDF eXpress tool. Click here for instruction of IEEE PDF eXpress tool.
Once you are logged-in onto the EMC compo 2013 on-line conference system, select "Your Submissions" and click on the title of your contribution. In the right column select "Upload Final" and fill-in all requested information.
Every paper requires a full advance registration by
September 23rd October 18th, 2013.
Papers that do not register in advance, or that are not presented on site at the workshop, will be removed from the workshop proceedings in IEEE Xplore.
For every paper, the electronic IEEE Copyright Form needs to be signed. Therefore fill out following form and click "Copyright submission" and follow the instructions shown on your screen.
The IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings, a Microsoft Word(TM) template and also one for LaTeX users, are available at the website of IEEE Xplore (A4 format).
You are strongly encouraged to employ this format. If you choose not to use this template, you must still adhere to the general guidelines embodied in this document concerning, but not limited to, font size, margin size, page limits, file size, etc.

You will be asked to :
- create a user account
- enter your complete contact coordinates
- add an abstract (up to 2000 characters)
- submit the full paper in IEEE compatible PDF format for the workshop proceedings
For registration, record your paper submission number, it will be asked for with the registration confirmation.
Before submission of your final paper, convert your contribution through the
IEEE PDF eXpress tool.
